The SuperSize Stack: On Protein and Diet

Of course diet is most important, but this page is about supplementing your diet. We are going to assume that you have your diet dialed in how you want, and are looking for that last edge with the SuperSize Stack. If not, feel free to contact us for diet or workout plans.

A Bit About Protein Differences

When working out, regardless of whether you are bulking, cutting, or maintaining, you need to consume an adequate amount of protein. The type of protein that you consume, however, will vary depending on your objective. If you are bulking, you can probably deal with the added sugars and carbs that some protein powders include. As long as it tastes good, and doesn’t bother you or give you an upset stomach, then you can use essentially any protein. For cutting or maintaining, however, a protein powder with minimal carbs and sugars is what you should look for.

There are whey protein isolates, and whey protein concentrates. Whey protein isolates are more processed, and have further removed lactose and fat, and have a higher amount of protein by weight. Whey protein concentrates are less processed, and contain more lactose, and have less protein by weight. If a whey protein concentrate upsets your stomach or gives you gas, then consider a whey protein isolate.

The Daily Essentials

In each of these stacks, we’re going to recommend a multivitamin and a high-DHA fish oil. Take the multivitamin with your first meal, and the fish oil can be frozen and taken before bed. Use the dosage per the recommendations.

Depending on your goals, the multivitamin will either be Universal Animal Pak (for bulkers) or NOW Foods Adam Superior (for cutting/maintaining). These are supplements that EVERYONE should take!

SuperSize Stack for Bulking

If you’re looking to bulk, there are two products that you should definitely stack with SuperSize. These products are Mass FX and Hard FX. These two products are designed to increase power, strength, and muscle size, as they increase testosterone and free testosterone levels in your body. Hard FX also provides anti-estrogen support, to ensure that there are no negative side effects of your elevated testosterone levels for bulking. When Mass FX was taken, compared to a placebo group the Mass FX group gained 134% more muscle mass on average. So if you’re looking to gain strength and muscle, Mass FX and Hard FX are two essential items to add to your SuperSize Stack.

Follow each product’s label:

Take SuperSize 30-45 minutes pre-workout with your Mass FX.

Take your whey protein shake immediately post-workout. 60-90 minutes later should be a full meal with non-processed carbs, natural fats, and protein.

Do I Need More Creatine?

While SuperSize contains creatine, if you are only taking one scoop of SuperSize, you’re only getting 1.5g of creatine to your post workout shake. If you need more, add in German Creatine. The rule of thumb is to get 1g of creatine for every 40lbs of bodyweight – every day. So even on off-days where you don’t take SuperSize, you should still add this in.

On non-workout days, you don’t need SupeSize, but you should still follow the Mass FX instructions on those days.

Hard FX is taken on an empty stomach, 2 caps in the morning, 2 caps in the evening. Both off and on workout days.

Note that this is an 8 week stack at most – Hard FX and Mass FX should not be taken longer than that!

SuperSize Stack for Maintaining

If you’re looking to maintain, and possibly just increase your overall fitness and endurance, then we recommend adding AX Ultra Reps to your SuperSize Stack. It is important to note that Athletic Xtreme Slim FX should be used on off days from training, and should not be used on the same day as AX SuperSize. You should never mix stimulants, so be sure to take those two on separate days. Slim FX takes care of your appetite, and provides jitter free energy, with a great overall “clean” feeling. Your productivity will be enhanced both in and out of the weight room with Slim FX. It lasts for up to 12 hours, and provides sustained energy and appetite suppression for that entire time, making leaning out even easier than before.

Axcell 4:1:1 is a wonderful BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid) product that has been engineered to provide energy for the toughest workouts. It features a 4:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Iso-Leucine, and Valine, which is an insanely effective combination of BCAAs.

We recommend working out on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, for maximum fat-burn. However, we don’t want your muscles to get catabolized (broken down), and this is why you take Axcell BCAA just before and during your workout. Having amino acids in your bloodstream prevents your body from breaking your muscles down when it needs those aminos.

We are also adding CLA into the daily mix. This amazing fatty acid does everything from burn body fat to fight cancer – and we don’t typically get enough of it in our diets. Studies show that about 3.4g per day is best – so take a total of 4 softgels a day (2, twice a day, with meals).
